Absolutely! During the pre-week, you’ll work on ideation assignments to explore problems worth solving. As well, you’ll have the chance to present your ideas to others and form a team around them. Alternatively, you can join a team working on an idea that interests and excites you.

The program runs for three weeks (one week virtually, 2 weeks on site), Monday through Friday, with weekends free for participants to explore Vilnius and Lithuania at their own pace. Sessions typically start at 10 AM and finish by 6 PM, with additional independent teamwork time planned from 6 PM to 8 PM. Daily Agenda 10 AM – 12 PM: Keynote Sessions 12 PM – 1 PM: Lunch Break 1 PM – 2 PM: Independent Teamwork 2 PM – 6 PM: Team Mentoring Sessions, and Workshops 6 PM – 8 PM: Independent Teamwork EA reserves the right to modify the schedule as necessary to enhance the program's quality and participant experience.

Yes, EA can provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application. However, the responsibility for obtaining a visa, including submitting applications and meeting embassy requirements, lies solely with the participant. We recommend starting the visa process as early as possible to avoid delays. Please note that citizens of EU countries do not require a visa to enter Lithuania. Additionally, nationals from many countries can visit Lithuania, as an EU member state, for up to 90 days without a visa. We strongly recommend checking the specific visa requirements for your country before making travel arrangements.

We offer flexible options, including the possibility of transferring your spot to another eligible participant or exploring refund policies based on the cancellation timeline.
